1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the j1188 platform (accessible at j1188.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces), you ("the User") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with j1188's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the j1188 platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j1188. j1188 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a j1188 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. j1188 enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and jurisdictions. Any individual found to be under 18 will have their account immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification or refund as appropriate.
• You must be registering and participating in your own name, for your own account, as a private individual. Corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located within, a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your personal responsibility to verify whether your participation in online gaming via j1188 is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended j1188 account. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth and mobile number. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

j1188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the operation of your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your j1188 account. Specific responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notifying j1188's customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensuring that all personal information held on your j1188 account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify j1188 of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address or payment details.
• Not permitting any person under the age of 18 to access your j1188 account or use any device on which your j1188 account remains logged in. Where you have minors in your household, you are responsible for implementing appropriate device-level safeguards.

j1188 shall not be liable for any losses, damages or disputes arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or to comply with the responsibilities set out in this section.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

j1188 accepts deposits exclusively from payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted deposit methods for Pakistani users include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (subject to availability). All account balances are maintained and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated.

• j1188 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the j1188 Cashier section at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• j1188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds prior to processing withdrawal requests, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the user and returned to the account balance prior to processing. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it cannot be recalled by j1188.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings.

5 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on j1188 are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the j1188 sportsbook interface:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. j1188 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet placed without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected irregularity, technical error or breach of these Terms.
• In the event of a palpable pricing error (manifestly incorrect odds), j1188 reserves the right to void any bet placed at such erroneous odds, regardless of whether the outcome has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are subject to the odds and availability displayed at the exact moment of placement. Latency between live events and the j1188 interface may exist; bets are accepted conditional on the state of play being consistent with the published odds at the time of submission.
• Match void outcomes: if an event is cancelled, abandoned or does not reach the minimum required play to produce a result, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless specified otherwise in the market rules.
• j1188 reserves the right to implement individual bet limits or account-level betting restrictions at its sole discretion.

6 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on j1188 — including live dealer games, slots, crash games and table games — are supplied by independent third-party licensed game providers. The rules governing individual game outcomes are determined by each provider's software and published within the relevant game interface. j1188 does not control, influence or modify game outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records held by the game provider shall be the definitive reference.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error or interrupted connectivity — j1188 and the relevant game provider's standard malfunction voids procedures apply. Winnings generated through a confirmed software malfunction are not valid and will not be honoured.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

j1188 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all j1188 bonuses:

• Each promotion carries its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit, time limits and maximum bonus amounts. These are published on the relevant promotion page within j1188.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game category — live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.
• Bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. j1188 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus if evidence of abuse, including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, is detected.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j1188 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balance without recourse:

• Opening or operating more than one j1188 account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or using proceeds of illegal activity to fund your j1188 account.
• Any form of collusion with other players, syndicate betting designed to exploit promotional terms, or coordinated manipulation of market outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical means to interact with j1188 betting markets or casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through identified exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity that j1188 determines to be inconsistent with applicable financial regulations.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing j1188 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the j1188 platform — including but not limited to the j1188 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces sourced from providers, and software — is the intellectual property of j1188 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the j1188 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works based on any j1188 content without prior written authorisation from j1188.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, losses arising from unauthorised account access, technical interruptions to the platform, or decisions made based on information published on j1188. The j1188 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. j1188 makes no representation that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free from harmful components.

11 Responsible Gaming

j1188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides the following tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending within your personal budget.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after specified durations of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from j1188. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will be prevented from opening new accounts.

j1188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to void or withhold funds, where it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected. Users may close their j1188 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which j1188 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of the j1188 platform shall be submitted first to j1188's internal disputes resolution process before any external escalation.
